    Nonsecure popup on https

Is there any way to get rid of that "This page contains secure and nonsecure items. Would you like to display the nonsecure items?" popup?

    Yes,
Please set EnableSsl=true, and then set SslUrl="myblankpage.html". Make sure that myblankpage.html is a page on your site with no content.

I only got this to work when the FTB wasn't populated by data from the server... but when I do put text inside of it on load I get the same problem....

    Re: Nonsecure popup on https

    Hi John,

This doesn't seem to fix the problem where there are relative links within the content being edited by FreeTextBox. I have some images in my content and the paths are stored as relative paths. I am using HTTPS for the entire site but when the FreeTextBox tries to load the images even though they have relative source paths it attempts to load them using HTTP instead of HTTPS - and it doesn't make any difference what 'EnableSsl' is set to nor what 'SslUrl' is set to.

    Any suggestions?

    Cheers,

    Dale

    Hi

how would you handle back button after doing this setting. If user hits backspace, the text in the freetextbox disappears and myblankpage.html is loaded.

    Try setting SslUrl = "j a v a s c r i p t:return false;"

    without the spaces.

the javascript approach doesn't work with IE Show friendly HTTP error messages enabled, back to the drawing board.

Any solution work for 100% of cases?
