FreeTextBox

First time running a web site created in VS2008 and copied it to my windows server and got this:

Web.config Unrecognized attrib 'Type' in the file.

type="System.Web.Configuration.SystemWebExtensionsSectionGroup, System.Web.Extensions, Version=3.5.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31BF3856AD364E35">

Changed the asp.net version to 2.0 to get by this. Now it gives this error:

Parser Error Message: Could not load file or assembly 'FreeTextBox' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.
