Getting Support on reported issues / bugs

Does anyone know if this Forum / Product are supported above and beyond the users of this Forum?

I reported that the 3.2.4 version does not work with Safari running under Mac OS 10.4 and the same goes for Chrome under Windows.

Looking at the feture list I can see that Safari and Chrome should be supported, but this websites demo does not work in the two browsers.

Yesterday I wrote and email to the Website and reported the issue. Got an auto generated answer back that I would within 24 hours get a real answer – bummer this 24 has come and gone, but still no answer. I wish it would have not been so.

I am not trying to come down on this product or the website, I just want to know what I can expect with regards to support before I send money and spend too much time on the product that really looks like a great product.

Any inputs are welcome - thanks.

    I have dropped the product.

My major two issues with the product were that it was not an Ajax component and would not work with Safari and Chrome browsers.

What and where should you go to find something that works; well Google HTML Text  Editor or check out http://www.codeproject.com/KB/ajax/HtmlEditor.aspx
