We purchased a license to unlock the full features of your HTML editor and the results are not what we expected. When sending a hyperlink in an email, where the link goes to an internal server, the link doesn't work.
Here is the HTML view of the links sent and received.
Sent: <P><A href='http://boweb3/ergip'>http://boweb3/ergip</A></P>
Received: <A href='/ergip'>http://boweb3/ergip</A>
When mouse over the link, the tooltip shows 'outbind://42-0000...' When clicked tries it opens the file explorer searching for a file.
What needs to be done to resolve this issue?
